Company Background

Womech is a workshop that was established by two dynamic and enthusiastic young Black ladies who have realised the opportunities that exist in the industry. The business was born in concept in January 2017 and officially opened shop in October 2017.

The vision was conceived through the passion of the two mechanical expert sisters who are a qualified Diesel Mechanic and Auto Electrician. The two boast vast experience from exposure to the fleet needs and requirements of government departments and parastatals as well as small and large operational businesses.

Womech Mechanical Works Specialists is an automobile repair and maintenance company dealing in all makes of vehicles — including cars, trucks, fleet, buses and earth-moving equipment.

  • Friendly assistance when identifying suitable components
  • A convenient stop for repairs, maintenance and spares

Vision

To promote the best quality services, promote economic growth and alleviate poverty, to be market driven and professional in all services offered — and to train at least 10 apprentices a year. Womech's vision is to make service provision extendable and to eventually establish a franchise of small mechanical repair outlets — something like a fast-food drive-through, for your car.

Mission

Our goal is delivering excellence in our workmanship — setting the tone for achieving the fastest turnaround time with the servicing of all vehicles and achieving a zero percentage come-back rate.

Culture

Our mechanics are well-trained and form part of our family. We take care of our customers as well as those who look after them. Our customers form the heart of our operation — all the directors are available for any complaints or concerns. We are here for you and your vehicle.
